Closing of 40 Days for Life Spring Campaign – Smithtown
Thank you for your prayers and sacrifices during this Lenten 40 Days for Life peaceful prayer vigil!
Please mark your calendar for Saturday, March 27th, the day before the final day of the campaign. We will celebrate Holy Mass at St. Anthony of Padua at 8:30 am then pray the Stations of the Cross for Life at the Smithtown vigil site at 10 am. Of course, if you arrive early or late, you can pray the Rosary or Divine Mercy Chaplet with others or on your own.
On Sunday, March 28th, please join us to pray the rosary and other prayers at the vigil site from 6:00-7:00 pm, the Final Hour of the vigil. Of course, you can pray Scripture or your own style of prayer. There is plenty of room for everyone!
Thank you for every prayer you have prayed, and every sacrifice you have made, during this 40 Days for Life campaign! One day Our Lord will reveal the results of your prayers, including the babies that have been saved and the hearts that have been converted. We will all be so grateful He gave us the grace to serve Him in this way.
God bless you and your family!
Sincerely,
~The 40 Days for Life Smithtown Team (local volunteers)
